Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of propofol and nalbuphine in patients with painless gastroenteroscopy. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 57 patients receiving painless gastroenteroscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was anesthetised with nalbuphine combined with propofol, while the control group was anesthetised with propofol combined with sufentanil. Results The satisfaction rate of anesthesia in the study was higher than that in the control group, and the adverse reactions were lower than that in the control group. In addition, the anesthetic effect and physical indicators of the two groups were compared, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion When propofol combined with nalbuphine is used in painless gastroenteroscopy anesthesia, the anesthetic effect is stable, the patient’s physical indicators are stable, and the side effects are not easy to occur. The overall satisfaction of patients is relatively high. Compared with propofol combined with sufentanil, the application advantage is more obvious.
