Objective:To implement holistic nursing interventions around patients with chronic gastritis and evaluate their role in improving self-efficacy and sleep quality. Method: 80 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups (grouping method: random number table method, with 40 cases in each group). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received whole body care intervention on this basis. The self-efficacy (GSES) score and sleep quality (PSQI) score of the two groups were compared. Result:Compared with the control group after 3 months of intervention, the observation group had lower PSQI scores (P<0.05) and higher GSES scores (P<0.05). Conclusion: By implementing holistic nursing interventions on patients with chronic gastritis, their sleep quality can be improved and their self-efficacy can be enhanced.
